My biggest struggle with CannManage is working to strike a balance.

I’ve always known what has to be done in the cannabis industry before everyone else. I was annoying people with the entourage effect and challenging people’s taxonomic theories at dispensaries in 2012.
I see a need for more people to help on the start-up side for small companies and those entering the market as Social Equity applicants. I always make sure to distinguish the two. SE candidates have a unique opportunity to enact change with a significant market presence and have the life experiences necessary to breathe humanity into a space occupied mainly by greed.
The success of craft companies – models focused on monetizing a genuine quality-focused community, are dually necessary to stabilize a market that is currently saturated, planned in regulatory haste and indecision, red bow wrapped in bureaucracy and litigation, and unevenly scaled. I also see a space where disruptive technology can create opportunities for people who are new to the industry.
2024 is going to be the best year of my life.
