About  CEO

What is the value of foresight?
The ability to see around the bend in a nascent trade is critical. Observing regulatory frameworks and licensing processes across over 15 US States has offered me invaluable insights as a seasoned cannabis technical writer. I’m assured that one of the larger barriers to entry with cannabis business licensing involves new entrepreneurs lacking the funds to hire assistance with their application, gaining access to training after licensure, and generating marketing content to reach a larger audience. This should not be the case. Comprehensive training programs that build foundational knowledge of the plant along with universal industry practices made by someone with real time experience should be accessible to all business types, with the primary goal of helping companies nurture a Culture of Accountability within each organization.  I began my journey in San Francisco in the late ’00s, contributing to every aspect of the regulated cannabis industry. I’ve worked at every plant-touching facility type available, with a focus on retail and vertically integrated operations. Starting in Denver in 2011, my experiences in this industry over the last 15 years, both highs and lows, repeatedly emphasized one principle:
Accountability is everything. Supporting my female-owned venture at traditional pricing gives CannManage the opportunity to extend affordable licensing application services, foundational training, and other written content to as many social equity and small businesses as we can accommodate.
